SHAFTS Hot-Shot offers two different shaft types in nine lengths. See photo below:
The nut and washer (we call it the collet nut and insert) that hold the shaft onto the handle unit is replaceable. The part number is PL5. Hot-Shot shafts are available in the following nine lengths: Fiberglass Shafts:

Parts & Accessories: MOTORS Hot-Shot has replacement circuitry (we call it a motor) available for the Green HS2000, Blue LMPLUS, and Red Sabre-Six model prods. There is no motor replacement available for the Power-Mite. Replacement Motor for Green HS2000 (Part # HS1)

All End Covers (regardless of color) will fit any Hot-Shot prod handle (models Green HS2000, Blue LMPLUS, and Red Sabre-Six.) They will also fit some older models like the Black Pulsar, Gray Rechargeable, or old Blue TS and Old SS.
